Fees are billed individually per service.  Consultant fees are expected at the time of the service.

Decorating • $75 for on-the-spot consultation in your home (one-hour minimum) for decorating advice.  $250 if you want your consultation to include a presentation of design ideas, color schemes and suppliers.
One-day Redesign • This includes shopping your home to use what you already have for furniture and accessory rearrangements.  1/2 day(4 hours) $150.00.  $25 each hour thereafter.  $300 maximum for 8 hours.
Real Estate Staging • $150 consultation with action plan for improvement to be supplied to seller or real estate agent within one to two business days of initial visit.  Real estate staging can be arranged either through your Realtor or directly with Anita Decorates.  A complete staging package for $300 includes consultation plus three hours of staging services after the home is prepared to show.  $300 is the maximum you will be charged for Real Estate Staging.  Anita Decorates assumes no responsibility as to whether your house sells.
Shopping • Anita will shop for you or with you at the rate of $25 per hour or $100 minimum for four hours if she is working on a decorating, redesign or staging project with you.  $25/hour thereafter. 
Purchasing • Accessories or products purchased through Anita Decorates will be charged at a minimum of Cost plus 20%.  These items may be placed upon approval but must be decided upon and paid for within 10 days of installation. 
Special order or custom merchandise• Anita Decorates does not special order furniture or other merchandise such as draperies.  She will recommend furniture distributors and drapery makers/installers.  Ordering and payment is handled between the customer and vendor.  All custom ordered merchandise is the property of the client upon its delivery.
Concierge Service • Anita Decorates can recommend reliable sub-contractors for most of your decorating and/or refurbishing or repair needs.  She will work with you to choose someone to meet your needs.  However, Anita assumes no liability regarding the working relationship between you and the sub-contractor or for your satisfaction with their work.
