Real Estate Staging
Anita works with Realtors, home sellers and Landlords to prepare homes for sale or rent.  Potential buyers need to be able to see themselves in your space.  For that reason, a Real Estate Stager can be more objective in  preparing a home for sale.

Staging services include providing a list of recommendations to make the home more appealing to potential buyers and, if needed, to provide local referrals for a handyman.

The staging begins with a consultation which includes a tour of the interior and exterior of the property.  Each room is evaluated objectively and thoroughly, noting opportunities for refinement.  At the end of the tour, initial impressions will be reviewed and suggestions made.  A full, detailed report listing  recommendations will be provided to the Realtor and/or property owner within two to three business days.

No cost decorating...
If your home's decorating needs refreshing, but you can't invest in all new furniture and accessories, Anita can help you give your space a fresh new look.  After reviewing your rooms  with you she can help you establish affordable or no-cost goals.  She will "shop your home" with you and borrow from other rooms or rearrange your furniture and accessories in a new and pleasing but comfortable configuration that will amaze and delight you!

Move-in Conditioning
With today's busy lifestyles, people want to settle on their new home on Friday, move in over the weekend and go back to work all set up on Monday.  If you unpack, Anita will help you decorate, arrange furniture and add accessories.  She can also make suggestions for painters, wall paperers or other craftsmen, if you need them.
